Moorgate Finance are excited to be registered as a voluntary mentor for the Help to Grow: Management Course, a government backed scheme to help other small businesses to thrive.
How does the Help to Grow scheme work?
The Help to Grow: Management Course was launched in 2021 to provide small and medium businesses with leadership support.
Each participant is matched with a voluntary mentor to guide participants through a growth action plan.
As a mentor, we commit 10 hours over a period of 12 weeks to small businesses to support you and offer one-to-one mentoring support on the most crucial areas of your business.
Who qualifies for Help to Grow Mentoring?
The scheme is open to small businesses in the UK with five or more employees. Businesses can sign up to a 90% government-funded, 12-week course delivered via more than 50 business schools across the UK.
Do I meet my mentor face-to-face?
How we choose to work together is between us! Once matched via the Enterprise Nation platform, we can arrange to meet face-to-face or via a call, whatever works best.
How will I be matched to a mentor?
After registering, a mentor will be assigned to you based on your area of expertise and your requirements for support.
What do I need to do to gain a Help to Grow mentor?
You will need to register via this link: https://www.enterprisenation.com/help-to-grow-mentor/sign-up/ and have a business action plan on the Enterprise Nation platform. Our role as your mentor will then be to guide you through this plan. Items and tasks can be marked as complete to track progression.
