This logistics company were facing significant costs for their energy and needed to look for an alternative solution to lower their costs. Their bill was over £950 per month to provide energy for their current premises- creating a high strain on their cash flow. While keen to find a cost-effective solution, the business was hesitant about the significant upfront investment of options such as solar installation.
The Solution
After exploring their options, the business chose to move forward with solar panels. Working with Moorgate Finance, the business was able to have the solar panels installed with no upfront cost. We were then able to finance the solar panels over a 5-year term, allowing the business to spread the costs over time and align the repayments to their previous bill payments. Their new bill, including the finance repayment, was £53 lower than their original energy payment- making the installation a beneficial addition right away.
