The nature of what they do meant that their own team was rapidly growing, and they required more space to welcome new employees into the business.

The previous office premises that the customer didn’t have the space required to grow and was limited the businesses development opportunities.
They knew they needed to move into a larger property, but as with most businesses, didn’t have a large amount of available cash flow to do so.
The customer wanted to move into a new office in Central London and needed a large deposit to secure the premises.
The Solution
Moorgate Finance were pleased to work alongside Fleximize to the customers new office premises dreams come true.
Working together, we managed to secure a £150,000 unsecured loan allowing the customer to move into their new business premises as soon as possible.
